What is Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0
Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 is EPFO’s monthly district outreach and service programme. EPFO describes the camps as a way for members and other stakeholders to access support and raise issues with the local office. Services commonly supported at the camps include e-nomination, KYC seeding and claim-related assistance; the available help may vary by location and by the nature of the case.

EPFO’s programme guidance provides for camps on the 27th of each month, or on the next working day when the 27th is a holiday. Issues visitors can raise
Members and pensioners can approach the camp about EPF account or claim issues, KYC and e-nomination support, pension or EDLI questions, and grievances. Employers and establishment representatives may use the outreach to raise service queries with their EPFO office. If an issue cannot be resolved at the venue, ask how it will be recorded and obtain a reference for follow-up through EPFiGMS where appropriate.
