1.Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using labourcodes360.com you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that organisation. You must be at least 18 years old.

2.What the service is — and is not

LabourCodes360 provides calculators, reference material, statutory form templates, trackers and an AI assistant covering Indian labour law. It is an information and productivity tool.

It is not legal advice. Nothing here creates a lawyer-client or consultant-client relationship. The law changes, gazette notifications are issued frequently, and state rules differ. Verify anything you rely on against the underlying notification, Act or Rules, and take professional advice before acting. You remain responsible for your own statutory compliance and for any filing you make.

3.Your account

Keep your login details confidential; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly at contact@labourcodes360.com if you believe your account has been misused. Give us accurate details and keep them current. Accounts are for the person or organisation that registered them — team access is through the team features, not by sharing one login.

4.Plans, billing and cancellation

  • A free plan is available. Paid plans add features and higher limits, and are billed in advance through our payment gateway, in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled, using the mandate you authorised at checkout.
  • You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account moves to the free plan.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we agree otherwise in writing — for example a duplicate or clearly mistaken charge. Write to us and we will look at it.
  • If a renewal payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features after the paid period ends.
  • We may change prices or what a plan includes. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice.

5.Fair use and limits

Plans carry limits — for example on bulk uploads and downloads — which are shown in the product at the point of use. They exist to keep the service available for everyone. We may apply reasonable rate limits, and may contact you if usage is far outside normal patterns.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its content, or provide it as a competing service;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content, or use automated means to access the service beyond normal use;
  • copy or republish our databases, reference tables or generated documents as your own product;
  • attempt to break, probe or circumvent security, access another account, or reverse engineer the service;
  • upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • use the service to send unsolicited bulk email.

7.Data you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you.

Where that data is about other people — your employees, workers or clients — you confirm you have the authority and the lawful basis to share it with us, and you accept the data-processing notice presented before upload. We act on your instructions as your processor. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8.Our content

The software, design, written analysis, checklists, templates and compiled databases are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Bare Acts, Rules and gazette notifications are government material reproduced for reference; our arrangement, annotation and commentary on them are ours.

You may use outputs you generate — calculations, filled forms, printed briefs — for your own or your clients' compliance work. That is what the service is for.

9.The AI assistant

The assistant answers from our own corpus of notifications, articles and code text. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it does not give legal advice. Check its citations against the source before relying on an answer. Your questions are processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will avoid doing so in a way that materially reduces a paid plan during a period you have paid for.

11.Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where non-payment continues after the paid period. Where we terminate for our own convenience, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid fee.

12.Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we do not warrant that content is complete, accurate or current, or that the service will meet a particular compliance requirement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to whichever is lower of: the amount of your most recent payment to us, or the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, or from data you uploaded without the right to do so.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere under consumer law.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
