The Government of Manipur, through its Law & Legislative Affairs Department, issued Notification No. 2/13/2026-Leg/L dated 3 September 2026 at Imphal.
The notification publishes nine Bills in the Manipur Gazette, including Bill No. 14 of 2026, namely the Manipur Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Bill, 2026.
The Bill was introduced in the Manipur Legislative Assembly on 2 September 2026.

Key Proposed Amendment
The Bill proposes to amend Section 5 of the Manipur Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act.
