The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020

The OSH Code consolidates 13 laws governing occupational safety, health, and working conditions. It introduces a single registration system, allows women to work in all sectors including night shifts, mandates annual health check-ups for hazardous process workers, and strengthens protections for inter-state migrant workers.
