- Sick leave
12 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Casual leave
12 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete.

- Earned / privilege leave
15 days once 240 days have been worked in a 12-month period. Up to 45 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 45-day accumulation limit.
- Normal working hours
9 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
At least a 60-minute break after 5 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 1 hour a day, 50 hours a quarter.
- Spread-over
12 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
- Normal Wages
Basic wages plus allowances, including the cash value of any food or other concession, but not bonus.
