- Sick leave
12 days; and 1 day once 1 month of continuous service is complete. Counted together with casual leave.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Casual leave
12 days; and 1 day once 1 month of continuous service is complete. Counted together with casual leave.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Earned / privilege leave
15 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete; and 5 days once 4 months of continuous service are complete. Up to 45 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 45-day accumulation limit.
- Normal working hours
9 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
A half-hour break after 5 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 6 hours a week, 150 hours a year.
- Spread-over
10.5 hours for commercial establishment; 12 hours for shop, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
- Normal Wages
An eight-hour day is used to arrive at the hourly rate.
