The shop: 9 hours a day and 48 hours a week. The commercial establishment: 10 hours a day and 48 hours a week.

- Maximum overtime
Capped at 6 hours a week.
- Spread-over
12 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
