Leave entitlements
- Sick leave
12 days for each 12 months of continuous service.

12 days for each 12 months of continuous service.

- Earned / privilege leave
16 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete. Up to 30 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 30-day accumulation limit.
Working hours and overtime
- Normal working hours
10 hours a day.
- Rest interval
At least a 60-minute break after 4 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 144 hours; the state rules set the period this is measured over.
- Spread-over
Not separately prescribed.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
