Leave entitlements
- Sick leave
12 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Casual leave
8 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Earned / privilege leave
15 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete. Up to 30 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 30-day accumulation limit.
Working hours and overtime
- Normal working hours
8 hours a day.
- Rest interval
A 60-minute break is required.
- Maximum overtime
Work and overtime together may not exceed 10 hours in a day.
- Spread-over
10.5 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
