12 days, available from the first 12 months of service and in each year after.

- Earned / privilege leave
15 days once 240 days have been worked. Up to 60 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 60-day accumulation limit.
- Normal working hours
10 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
At least a half-hour break after 6 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 144 hours a quarter.
- Spread-over
12 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
- Ordinary Rate of Wages
Worked out in the manner the state rules prescribe.
