- Sick leave
12 days within the first 12 months of continuous service.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Casual leave
Not separately prescribed.
- Earned / privilege leave
18 days a year, building up at one day for every 20 days worked.
Up to 45 days may be carried forward.
Working hours and overtime
- Normal working hours
9 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
At least a 60-minute break after 5 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 50 hours a quarter.
- Spread-over
12 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
