Carry forward is not applicable.
- Earned / privilege leave
5 days for every 60 days worked; and 18 days for every 240 days worked. Up to 45 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 45-day accumulation limit.
Working hours and overtime
- Normal working hours
10 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
At least a half-hour break after 6 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 144 hours a quarter.
- Spread-over
12 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
