- Earned / privilege leave
16 days for each 12 months of continuous service. Up to 30 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 30-day accumulation limit.
- Normal working hours
8 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
At least a 60-minute break after 4 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 2 hours a day, 50 hours a quarter.
- Spread-over
10.5 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
- Year
The statutory year runs from 1 January.
- Ordinary Rate of Wages
