- Sick leave
14 days. Paid at half wages. Up to 56 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 56-day accumulation limit.
- Casual leave
10 days. Paid at full wages.
Carry forward is not applicable.
- Earned / privilege leave
14 days once 12 months of continuous service are complete. Up to 28 days may be accumulated.
Carry forward is capped by the 28-day accumulation limit.
Working hours and overtime
- Normal working hours
8.5 hours a day and 48 hours a week.
- Rest interval
At least a 60-minute break after 5.5 hours of work.
- Maximum overtime
Capped at 1.5 hours a day, 144 hours a quarter.
- Spread-over
12 hours a day, start to finish.
- Overtime wage rate
Twice the ordinary wage rate.
